Well before I was designated Associate Director of UX and Strategy at Fractal Ink, I have always been leading multiple project teams and providing guidance to junior designers and my peers alike. My affinity for community management has lent itself to my activities as a team manager and mentor both ah the workplace and beyond. I strongly believe in practicing the servant leadership style of management and always look for ways to set up my team for success.
I currently manage and mentor over 50 UX designers at Fractal Ink. Over the years, I have helped junior designers understand the carteer paths available to them at Fractal Ink, and beyond. Helping them understand the merits of an agency career vs those of a product career. Providing resources for leveling up their skills as designers and creative problem solvers.
